This is similar equipment that the Academy of Motion Pictures uses to preserve Alfred Hitchcock's personal works. We spare no expense and the entire process is digital. 8mm, 16mm, Super 8mm, silent, or sound. We can transfer it, digitally! Do you want to edit it yourself? We can also provide it to you on mini DV tape or onto a hard drive.
***Your Film is the master. Once you transfer your film to a digital medium, do not throw it away. If new techniques and technologies come about in the future, transferring from the film will yield the best transfer results; provided your film has not significantly degraded.
