Lilburn, GA - Aug. 1, 2009 - CEO, Mike Roe, just returned from a 10 day trip to Cote D'Ivoire, Africa with the College of Prayer who hosted a Summit with over 100 leaders from over 15 countries all over Africa. We video taped the event, recorded interviews and produced 18 videos while in Cote d'Ivoire. Each country represented received a copy of the first day of teachings as well as their own tailored promo video featuring their country's representatives. They also received a pre-produced promo video translated into French and converted to PAL. Mike Roe Video Services utilized new XDCAM cameras and tapeless workflow for this trip. We were able to capture full HD video in PAL and NTSC formats using a new tapeless workflow. DVDs were produced in PAL to ensure compatability with Africa's video format. Giving each country its own DVD will help them as they establish their own campuses of the College of Prayer.The vision of the College of Prayer is to mentor pastors and Christian leaders to reach a lost world through a revived church both inside and outside the walls. The College of Prayer owns no buildings, but they train leaders. Over the past five years in Africa alone, the College of Prayer has grown from one campus to twenty campuses. Five years ago there were 250 students; now there are over 8,000 students. Due to the rapid growth it is necessary to bring the leaders together in order to equip them and train them in the three-year curriculum of the College of Prayer so they can take it to every country in Africa.
