Lilburn, GA - June 28, 2008 - The once proclaimed best guitar player in the world, Phil Keaggy , has teamed up with the Special Olynpics Gwinnett to perform a benefit concert. Mike Roe Video Services, Inc. will be on hand to produce and support video for the concert. The Atlanta concert is the last leg of the 19 city, Master and the Musician: 30 years later Tour. Phil’s solo career has spanned more than 30 years, and has included over 50 solo albums, both vocal and instrumental, as well as 8 releases with his band, Glass Harp. One of the most sought after studio guitarists, Phil also continues to sell out concerts all over the United States, with his ever-changing style, ranging from rock-and-roll to fully orchestrated instrumental compositions.

Gwinnett County Special Olympics is a nonprofit program of sports training and competition for individuals with mental retardation in Gwinnett County. The Special Olympics program was founded in 1968 by Eunice Kennedy Shriver and  provides year-round training and athletic competition for more than one million athletes in nearly 150 countries and all 50 states in the United States.The event helps raise awareness about the intellectually disabled and raise money to directly impact those that Special Olympics Gwinnett support.
